Why did the Jaguars miss the playoffs this year and only win 8 games? The
answer is in the passing game, the punt coverage teams and the Houston Texans.
- The Jaguars gave up two punt returns for TDs that dirrectly led to two road losses (Indianapolis &
Buffalo).
- The starting QB Leftwich can never stay healthy and the backup has proven
he is just that, a backup. Three straight losses at the end of the season killed the Jags.
- The Jaguars lost twice to the 4-12 Houston Texans.
